3 cups unsifted flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup mayonnaise (Best Foods)
1/3 cup milk
2 teaspoons (tsp) baking soda
1 and 1/2 teaspoon (tsp) cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon (tsp) nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon (tsp) salt
1/4 teaspoon (tsp) cloves
3 cups chopped apples, peeled
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Grease and flour two 9 inch pans. In a large bowl, mix first 10 ingredients at low speed for 2 minutes. Stir in rest of ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or tests done. Cool in pans 10 minutes; remove and cool.
