4 chicken breats, bones & skin removed
1 cup finely crushed Ritz crackers (24)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
1/2 teaspoon (tsp) season salt
1 teaspoon (tsp) dried thyme leaves
1 teaspoon (tsp) dried basil leaves
1/4 teaspoon (tsp) pepper
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
Cover 2 baking sheets with foil. Cut chicken into 1" pieces. Mix together cracker crumbs, cheese, walnuts, season salt, thyme, basil & pepper. Heat oven to 400. Dip chicken pieces into melted butter, then into crumb mixture. Place chicken pirces about 1/2" apart on baking sheets. Bake uncovered unti golden brown, 20-25 minutes.
