FROZEN HOT CHOCOLATE
1/4 c unsweetened cocoa
1/4 c sugar
3 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
Cook cocoa, sugar and milk over moderate heat until sugar dissolves. Add vanilla. Freeze hard in square, metal baking pan.
To serve: Let soften 20 min. Break up and blend until thick and creamy but still full o fice crystals. Pour into 4 chilled glasses.
