PUMPKIN BREAD

3 1/2 cup sifted flour
2 teaspoon (tsp) soda
1 1/2 teaspoon (tsp) salt
1 teaspoon (tsp) cinnamon
1 teaspoon (tsp) nutmeg
3 cup sugar
2/3 cup water
4 eggs
2 cup canned pumpkin
1 cup salad oil

Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl. Make a well and add oil, water, eggs and pumpkin. Beat until smooth. Pour into 3 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
