SALMON SPREAD
1 tablespoon (tbsp) dill sprigs or dill weed
1 package (pkg) (8 oz) cream cheese
1 cup salmon (boned and flaked)
1 teaspoon (tsp) liquid smoke
1 teaspoon (tsp) lemon juice
7 drops tabasco
1 tablespoon (tbsp) chopped parsley
Blend in food processor. This makes a nice spread for creackers.
