TWO HOUR ROLLS

3 cakes yeast
2 c warm water
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1/2 c sugar
3 tbsp melted shortening (can use oil)
7 c flour (approx.)

Dissove yeast in warm water. Add remaining ingredients. Knead just enough to mix well. Let rise in warm place and shape into rolls. Let rise again and bake 15-20 min. at 350.
