Apple Butter
8 cups apples, cooked and riced
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
Cook together until thick.
4 cups sugar
3 tsp cinnamon
Mix well with applesauce. Cook 15 minutes stirring constantly. Process as usual for jam.
