4 cups sliced apples
2/3 to 3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup quick oats
3/4 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup butter
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place sliced apples in a 13-inch by 9-inch pan. Mix the brown sugar, flour, quick oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and butter together and pour over sliced apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
