Artichoke Garlic Bread

1 cup artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
1 cup mayonnaise (not miracle whip)
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Garlic (lots) to taste

Mix all ingredients together and spread on sourdough bread. This recipe should cover a whole loaf (halved and sliced thru the middle) of sourdough bread.

Broil until brown (checking after 2-3 minutes)
