Drain juice of one jar of artichoke hearts into fry pan. Discard other jar of juice. Chop and save artichokes. Saute onion and garlic approx 5 minutes. Beat eggs with fork. Add crumbs and seasonings. Stir in cheddar, parsley, artichokes and onions. Turn into 7 inch by 11 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
