Baked Gruyere Scallops
1 pound fresh scallops
4 tbsp butter (any kind)
1 chopped medium size onion
1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
1 and 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup Marie's Caeser dressing
1/4 cup white wine
lightly grease 4 small casserole dishes
sauté scallops in 2 tbsp butter for 2 to 3 minutes
drain and set scallops aside; keep warm
sauté onion and mushrooms in 2 tbsp butter in same pan
remove from heat and add scallops, cheese, dressing and wine, stir
spoon into casserole dishes
broil 4 inches from heat for 2 to 4 minutes until lightly browner
