Baked Rosy Rhubarb
Cut 1 pound unpeeled rhubarb into one inch lengths. Mix in shallow baking dish, with 1 cup sugar and 1/4 cup water. Bake in preheated modern oven at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until rhubarb is just tender. Chill. Serve. Makes four servings.
