4 tbsp butter melted
1 and 1/2 lbs bay scallops rinsed and drained
1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp each paprika & dried parsley
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Pour melted butter into 2 quart casserole dish. Combine all ingred & sprinkle over scallops. Bake till firm approximate 20 min. at 400 degrees. Prep time is 30 min. Serves 4.
