1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup catsup
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1/4 cup celery
1/3 cup water
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
Simmer. Skim off excess fat from meat. Pour the sauce over the meat. Bake uncovered for one and a quarter hours, basting 3 or 4 times.
