Bran Muffins
1 and 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup wheat germ
1 and 1/2 cup bran
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 and 1/4 tsp baking soda
1 to 2 tbsp grated orange rind
1 cup raisins
Combine above ingredients in bowl
Beat together the following:
2 cups butter milk
1/4 cup molasses
2 tbsp melted butter
Combine with other ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Great for constipation...
