1/2 pound bow tie pasta, cooked & cooled
One 12 ounce bag broccoli slaw
1 cup slivered almonds, optional
1 cup dried cranberries
3/4 cup mayonaise
3 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp cayenne, optional
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Add pasta, broccoli slaw, almonds & dried cranberries to a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayo, vinegar, sugar, cayenne, & salt/pepper. Add dressing to broccoli/pasta and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
