Broccoli Salad
From the kitchen of: Joan Thompson Serves: 6-8 people
Ingredients:
4 cups broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
1 cup green grapes
1 cup celery
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
1 cup mayo
1/3 cup sugar
1 Tbsp vinegar
How to Make:
Mix broccoli, grapes, celery green onions and almonds in a bowl.
Just before serving mix mayo, sugar and vinegar together and toss with salad ingredients.
