2 cups all purpose flour
1 and 1/2 cups sugar
1 t salt
1 t baking soda
2 eggs beaten
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a large bowl, mix well. Stir in eggs and pineapple, mix well.
Pour into a greased 9 X 12 baking pan.
In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar and nuts, mix well, sprinkle mixture evenly over top.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
