1 large can evaporated milk, chilled until ice forms around edge of bowl
1 small package Lemon jello
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup boiling water
1 (8 oz) package Cream Cheese, creamed with
1 cup sugar
Mix together cream cheese, sugar; add jello and mix thoroughly. Whip milk until stifff. Beat into jello, cheese mixture and cool. (Jello dissolved into hot water first.) Pour into cracker crust and sprinkle some crumbs on top.
