Cheese Ball

1 Cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese
1 oz blue cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup finely chopped pecans

Have cheeses at room temperature, mix together. Add onion and 1/2 cup of pecans. Mix thoroughly. Shape into a ball. Roll ball in remaining 1/2 cup of pecans. Chill, serve with Town House crackers. Keep refrigerated.
