Cheese Snacks

2 cup grated, sharp cheddar cheese
2 cubes butter or margarine

Knead these together with hands. Add 2 cups unsifted flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Mix thoroughly. Add 2 cups rice krispies cereal. Work together until it forms a smooth ball. Scoop out by level teaspoon and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Criss-cross with fork to make ridges but do not flatten. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes about 100. They freeze nicely. Store in fridge for short term keeping.
