Cherry Upside Down Cake
Melt 1/3 cube butter in cast iron frypan, sprinkle Brown Sugar in butter about 1/4 inch thick
Pour 1 20 Oz can Cherry pie filling over brown sugar.
Prepare yellow cake mix and pour over cherries. Bake per cake directions.
Let set for 10 minutes then place cutting board over cake.
Carefully and slowly flip frying pan and cutting board at same time.
Lift off frypan - voila
