Chicken Casserole

1 8oz sour cream
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1/2 onion, chopped
2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2-3 packages of Ritz crackers
1/2 to 1 cup melted butter


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil chicken breasts. Chop onion. Mix sour cream, onion, and soup in a pan and heat over medium heat untill boiling.
Cut chicken into small pieces and add to mixture. Crush 2-3 packages of Ritz crackers and add melted butter to crackers. Pour chicken mixture into greased casserole dish. Spread crackers over top of chicken mixture. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
