4 to 5 chicken breasts, brown and cut up into pieces (bite size)
salt, pepper, and butter
steam broccoli (2/3 heads) cut into pieces
curry powder
1 package Peppridge Farm Herb Seasoned stuffing mix
MIX:
2 cans of cream of mushroom (fat free if wish)
3/4 cup of mayonnaise (fat free if wish)
9 x 13 inch glass pan
Spread mix on bottom of pan
chicken pieces
broccoli pieces
sprinkle salt/pepper
sprinkle curry powder
cut 1 Tbsp of butter into pieces
Repeat layers until full, should end up with mix on top: Grate 1 cup or so of cheddar cheese lay on top
Top off with 3/4 cups to 1 cup of Peppridge Farm Herb Seasoned stuffing mix.
Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
