Chicken with Rice

AKA Sharon's No Peeky Chicken

1 can (11 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (11 oz.) cream of celery soup
1 cup uncooked long grain rice
1 soup can of milk
1 chicken, cut into serving pieces
1 envelope dry onion soup mix

Combine soups with 1/2 envelope of dry soup mix. Mix in rice and milk. Spread soup/rice mixture in a deep baking dish. Place chicken pieces on top and sprinkle remaining dry soup over chicken. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 2 and half hours. Do not peek!!
