1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup heavy cream (or non-fat half and half)
2 eggs (or 1/2 cup Egg Beaters)
1/4 cup sugar, plus 1 tablespoon to sprinkle on top before baking
1/3 cup Irish Cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
Dash Salt
1 package 16 ounce raisin cinnamon rolls (frosted)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Whisk together milk, cream, eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, Irish Cream, vanilla and salt in medium bowl until egg is broken up and mixture is smooth. Evenly distribute cinnamon roll cubes in 8 x 8 pan (sprayed with PAM); pour custard mixture over roll cubes and allow to soak for at least 15 minutes.
Sprinkle top with 1 tablespoon of sugar. Set pan in a 9 x 13 baking dish or roasting pan and add enough HOT water to reach halfway up the sides of your 8 x 8 pan.
bake 40 to 45 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes and serve warm or room temperature.
