Corn Casserole

2 cups frozen whole kernel corn (thawed)
½ cup butter (melted)
2 eggs (beaten)
1/3 cup corn meal
1 tsp. Salt
1/3 cup chopped celery
¼ cup chopped sweet pepper
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cheese (shredded)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl mix all ingredients. Stir well. Pour into buttered casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes or until set (should be golden brown).

Notes: If I do not use green bell pepper, I usually add diced green chilies (About 1/2 of a small can).
