Crab Cakes

Crab Cakes

One pound crab meat
1/3 cup crushed Ritz crackers
5 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup Mayo
1 egg
1 tsp Worcstershire sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp salt
1 dash of Cayenne Pepper
flour for dusting
1 half cup of oil (we use peanut oil)

Mix all ingredients expect for flour and oil. Shape mixture into four to six patties, then dust with flour.

Heat oil over medium heat. Fry patties until golden brown, about four minutes a side.

Makes four to six crab cakes.
