Crab Linguini
4 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chopped parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
1/4 cup sweet white dessert wine (like Moscato)
7 ounces crab meat
1/4 cup green peas
1 tbsp chives
1/2 to 1 tbsp olive oil
sauté garlic in 2 tbsp oil until lightly browned
add parsley, wine and crab
cover and cook over low heat
add peas and chives, stir
add salt & pepper to taste
keep warm
cook linguini, drain
add 1/2 to 1 tbsp olive oil to pasta and keep warm until serving
