1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
2 cups whipping cream
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 box (1 lb) fettuccine
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
Fresh basil
Beat butter in large heatproof bowl on low speed until smooth. Add cream and cheese. Stir until blended.
Bring large saucepan of salted water to boil and add pasta. Cook according to package directions. Drain well and add to butter mixture in bowl. Toss to coat. Add salt and pepper.
