Dogs and Kraut Casserole

8 cups pre-cooked, cubed potatoes (cool so mayo does not curdle)
1/2 cup Mayonaise (Room Temperature)
One 10 and 3/4 ounce cream of mushroom soup
16 ounce drained and rinsed sauerkraut
1 pound package cut up hot dogs

Mix all ingredients and put in greased 9 inch by 13 inch pan; bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Use "new" potatoes, not Russets
