French Coconut Pie

1 stick butter-softened
1 small can coconut
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup buttermilk
2 tbsp self-rising flour
1 cup sugar

Mix ingredients together and pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees 30-35 minutes.
