German Pancakes (Dutch Babies)

2 to 3 quart1/4 cup33/4 cup each
3 to 4 quart1/3 cup41 cup each
4 to 4 and 1/2 quart1/2 cup51 and 1/4 cup each
4 and 1/2 to 5 quarts1/2 cup61 and 1/2 cup each


Heat oven to 425 degrees. Add butter to eggs, whip on high speed for 1 minute. With motor running gradually pour in milk, then slowly add flour. Mix for 30 seconds. Remove pan from oven and pour batter into hot melted butter. Return to oven and bake until fuffly and browned, 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice and powdered sugar and serve at once.
