3 cups ground green tomatoes
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1 small package raspberry jello
Add sugar to ground tomatoes; mix well. Bring to a boil and boil 15 minutes. Add dry raspberry jello. Mix well. Again bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes. Pour into clean jars and seal. You can use strawberry jello also. Tomato seeds give the effect of berry seeds in the jam. If you wish for your jam to be a little redder, add a drops of red food coloring.
