1 cup salad oil
1 cup margarine
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp sou or buttermilk
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cream tartar
1 tbsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup coconut
1 cup rice krispies
3 and 1/2 cup flour
Mix all ingredients together. Drop by teaspoon; flatten with glass dipped in sugar. Put onto cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree over approx. 10 minutes.
