Hamburger Stroganoff

1 lb ground beef
2 cloves garlic
1 can (10 and 1/2 oz) beef broth or 4 boullion cubes
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tbsp parsley
3 cup medium size (or screwy) noodles - precooked


Brown the hamburger. Add all other ingredients except sour cream and noodles. Simmer for 20 minutes. Thicken slightly. Add sour cream and bring to a boil (or at least a small pimple??). Serve over the precooked noodle. This will serve six people or four hungry ones.
