Harriet's Cereal Mix

Here's another simple pleasure to start the day with. Gets me through my long mornings at work.

1 or 2 cups dry unsweetened whole grains cereal. I mix a few myself.
Add some jumbo raisins, or banana.
Add coconut milk. I get it in the half gallon, "SO delicious original". Can be found at Whole Foods or maybe some place similar. I use it as I am lactose intolerant and it has good vitamins in it. Also, fridge life is a lot longer than dairy or soy milks.
