Hash Brown Casserole

4 (10 oz.) bags frozen hash browns (or 32 oz. total)
1 pint half-and-half
1 cup butter
2/3 lbs. Velveeta Cheese

Defrost hash browns slightly, so able to put into large greased baking dish.

Melt cheese and butter together in saucepan.

Pour half-and-half into cheese mixture and mix well.

Pour over potatoes.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
