1/2 head of cabbage
3/4 cup onions
1/2 cup jalapeno peppers
3/4 cup mustard
1/3 cup + 1 tbsp mayo
Instructions: Finely chop cabbage, onion and jalapeno peppers. Add mustard and mayo. Refrigerate.
This is a spicy slaw that I can only find in the South, that is great on hot dogs, bar-b-que sandwiches, and hamburgers. You may find other things you like this on.
