Lemon Delight

1/4 lb butter or margarine
1 cup flour
1 cup nuts, finely chopped
8 oz cream cheese
3 cups whole milk
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (8 oz) Cool Whip
2 Small packages intstant lemon pudding mix - may use pistachio

Cream butter and flour; add nuts and mix well. Press into oblong pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread on the crust just cooked. Mix instant lemon pudding as per directions on the package - except use 3 cups of cold milk. Immediately pour onto the second layer. Spread the rest of the Cool Whipe on the pudding. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate.
