Lemon Poppy Seed Cake

1 box white cake mix
Two 3 oz boxes instant lemon pudding
1/4 cup poppy seeds
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
1 cup boiling water

Beat all ingredients for 4 minutes.
Pour into 2 loaf size pans greased and floured.
300 degrees 1 hour.
Freezes well for a last minute tea party or for surprise guests.
You may like a lemon glaze drizzled over cakes.
