1 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c finely chopped pecans
1/3 c sugar
1/3 c melted butter
2 8oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
1 can Eagle Brand Milk
2 eggs
1/2 c lemon juice
Instructions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine graham cracker crumbs, pecans, sugar, and melted butter in mixing bowl, mix well. Reserve 1/3 cup-press remaining mixture into a 13 X 9 baking pan. Bake 6 minutes. Remove and cool on wire rack. Beat cream cheese in large bowl untill fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand milk. Add eggs, beat untill combined. Stir in lemon juice. Spoon mixture on top of crust. Spoon reserve crumb mixture on top of cheese mixture. Bake about 30 minutes or untill knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 1 hour-refrigerate.
