Lima Bean Casserole
4 strips bacon, chopped fine and fried
Add and saute:
1 and 1/2 cup chopped celery
1 and 1/2 cup chopped onion
Then Add:
2 cans dried butter beans
1/2 cup molasses
2 cans green lima beans
2/3 cup catsup
Stir all ingredients together in a large casserole, lay 2 strips of bacon across top and bake in slow over at 250 to 300 degrees for 3 hours.
