Lima Bean Chowder
1 pound Baby Limas, dry
6 cups chicken broth
2 pounds smoked pork chops
2 cups corn
2 cups carrots, sliced
1 onion, chopped
2 cups Half and Half
2 tsp paprika
Pepper
Soak beans in water over night; the next day, cook beans 1 hour with broth, onion, & chops. Add remaining ingred. and cook 45 minutes more. BEST SERVED THE NEXT DAY.
