4 cube steaks (2 to 3 pounds)
1 large yellow onion
Worcestershire sauce
Cheddar Cheese
Seasoning Salt
Pepper to taste
4 French Rolls
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
dash of tabasco
Cut cube steaks in one inch strips against grain. Slice onions. Saute onions in 2 tablespoons olive oil and 2 tablespoons butter. Set onions aside in a bowl. Saute steak in same pan for four minutes per side. Add onions and sauces to pan. Add dash of tabasco to mix. Broil buns till lightly brown then melt cheese on each roll. Pile on the meat onion mixture and enjoy! Best served with onion rings and beer.
