5 lbs meat (beef ribs; beef, sliced thin)
1 large or 2 small cloves garlic
3 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp MSG
Scant 1/2 cup kikkoman soy sauce
1 to 2 green onions, chopped
Mix well and soak for 3 or more hours (overnight or 8 hours is best). Barbeque as usual. (Can do in the oven, but grilling is best).
