Mile High Strawberry Pie

Crust: Mix together:
1 and 1/2 cup flour
1 and 1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp milk

Mix together:
1 cup oil
1 cup whipping cream

In separate bowl put milk in 1/2 cup oil. Beat together until mixed well. ADD to flour mixture. Stir with fork until all is moist. Press into pie pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool.

Filling:

Beat 2 egg whites until frothy. Add thawed (or fresh) 1 (10 oz) package, if frozen...strawberries, smashed, 1 cup sugar; beat at high speed about 15 minutes. Fold in 1 cup whipped cream. Pour into crust and freeze immediately. Cut with knife dipped in warm water. If using fresh berries, don't use more than one cup to this recipe.
