Mincemeat Pumpkin Pie

Pastry for 9 inch one crust pie, unbaked

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 and 1/2 cup mincemeat
1 cup pumpkin, canned
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten

Heat over to 425 degrees. Prepare pastry.
Mix spices, salt, sugar, mincemeat and pumpkin. Stir in milk and eggs. Pour into pastry-lined pie pan. Cover edge with 3 inch strip of foil to prevent excessive browning. Bake 25 minutes. Remove foil. Bake until top is golden brown ... 10 to 15 minutes. Cool slightly. Serve warm or refrigerate.
