Beat 1 egg, add 1 cup powdered sugar. Melt 6 ounce package of chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons butter. Pour into sugar and egg mixture. Add 1 (10 ounce) package of small marshmallows and 1 cup chopped nuts. Form into 2 long rolls and roll in graham cracker crumbs. Wrap in wax paper and chill. I use minted chocolate chips; if you use butterscotch, use 1/2 chocolate and 1/2 butterscotch as all butterscotch is too sweet.
