1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup self-rising flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 stick butter
1 (16 oz) can fruit pie filling of your choice
NOTE: This recipe calls for 'self-rising flour'
Place butter in 2 qt. casserole dish and melt in preheated oven (350 degrees). In blender, mix milk, sugar, vanilla and flour in this order until well blended. Remove casserole from oven and pour fruit filling on melted butter. Pour batter on top of fruit and place in oven. Bake for 45 minutes or until brown.
